Ms PANDEY is the Founder and Executive President of Nepal Pollinator Network. Ms Pandey is a researcher in entomology with a keen interest in insect taxonomy, behavior, conservation, and plant preference of pests. Ms. Pandey holds Master’s in Zoology from Tribhuvan University and Bachelor’s in Zoology from Assam University, India. She has conducted a Bumblebee research project in Nepal. . She has worked as a Wildlife Biologist in F.I.S.H. Project funded by USAID-PAANI. She has experience in data analysis and GIS. In addition to above she has facilitated and attended various natural resources management and conservation trainings as well as presented at international conferences and seminars.
Mr SUWAL is an ecologist, wildlife researcher, and keen traveler with having a particular interest in highland biodiversity conservation. His involvement in national forest inventory and re-measurement since 2014 as an ecologist in every geological region of the country has made him an experienced ecologist in this field. He holds a Master degree in Environmental science and has involvement in different wildlife research and conservation activities. He has been mainly working for the conservation of pollinator species (mainly Lepidoptera and Hymenoptera) of Nepal along with Odonates, Arcinids, and Coleoptera for a while now. He has been handling various social media accounts relating to wildlife photography including YouTube videos on educational and conservation issues. His social media pages also exhibit his dedication toward nature photography.
